Amy Thomas is a 13 year-old singer/songwriter from Guildford, Surrey. She has recently shot to fame after the release of her first single Just Smile which is available on iTunes. The video for the single can be found on YouTube.
Personal
Amy attends St Catherine's Senior School in Bramley near Guildford. She is a member of their Middle Choir, Middle Chamber Choir and Middle Cantores along with West End performers Laura Daboo and Georgia Figgis. She plays the guitar with her music teacher at the school Mr Howe.
Her single, Just Smile, was released on iTunes in 2006 and she has since received feedback from all over the world. Most people say her voice is "talented and tuneful". others would argue that it sounds repulsive - like a cat having its tail trodden on.
