Adelaja Adeoye

Adelaja Adeoye (born 2 May 1981) is a Nigerian political figure and business leader. He is the founder of Fendini Limited and the Nigerian Wailers Group
Early Life and Education
Adelaja Adeoye, hailing from Ogun State, Nigeria, was born on May 2, 1981. He completed his secondary education at Christ Ambassadors College in Kaduna, graduating in 2002. Adeoye earned a Diploma in Mathematics from Federal Polytechnic Bida and another in Computer Science from the University of Lagos. Additionally, he holds a Master’s degree in Property Development and Management from Leadcity University.
Career
Adeoye began his career in 2006 at the Petroleum Products Marketing Company (PPMC). He later worked at United Bank for Africa (UBA) and Bank PHB. Transitioning into real estate, he founded Fendini Limited, which developed Rayfield Gardens City Estate, a leading 400-unit housing project in Ibadan in collaboration with the Oyo State Government.
Politics
Adeoye's political involvement in Nigeria began as the founding chairman of The Patriots at the University of Lagos. He later held the position of Publicity Secretary for the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Lagos State, eventually advancing to the role of National Publicity Secretary for the party. In 2023, he ran for a House of Representatives seat with the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) representing the Oshodi Isolo Federal Constituency II in Lagos.
Recognition and Award
In 2023, Adeoye was listed as one of Nigeria’s top 50 CEOs by Guardian Newspapers. He was previously recognized as "Mr. Keystone Bank" in 2011.
