Abhay Pandey

Abhay Pandey is a venture capitalist and has been a partner with Sequoia Capital in India since 2007. Abhay focuses on investing in companies in the consumer and the healthcare sectors. He currently serves on the boards of Vini Cosmetics, Moolchand Healthcare, ASG Eyecare, Koye Pharmaceuticals, GVK Biosciences, Ind Barath Power and has also been involved with investments in Coastal Projects, PI Industries and several public market investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, Abhay spent six years in management consulting with McKinsey & Company and 4 years in investment banking with Merrill Lynch. Abhay is a computer science and engineering graduate from IIT Bombay and an MBA from IIM Kolkata. Abhay lives in Mumbai with his wife Rashmi and two sons - Aman and Arsh. |
