Aaron Smith is an Australian entrepreneur and founder of, KX Pilates, a pilates fitness franchise. Smith came across a dynamic style of pilates while living and working in London and decided to return to Australia to open his first studio. Despite being $20,000 in debt, he founded KX Pilates in 2010 with the help of guarantor signature from his father on his first business loan. Currently the business turns over $20 million and has over 50 locations in Australia. In September 2018 KX Pilates launched its first international studio in Jakarta, Indonesia. In November 2018 Smith stepped down as CEO to focus on brand strategy and international expansion. |
