History In October 2000, Tequila’s Chief Executive Jane Asscher, Managing Director Adam Wylie and Creative Director Sean Kinmont left the business to start a new agency: 23red. The agency’s founding clients included Ladbrokes, World Rally Championship and PlayStation. In 2001, Philippa Dunning joined the senior partners as Creative Services Director, also from Tequila. 23red is a member of Worldwide Partners, a global network of independent marketing, advertising and creative agencies. 23red creates integrated creative communications for a number of high profile private and public sector clients including global social media for Bacardi Limited's 'Champions Drink Responsibly', partnership marketing for Public Health England's 'Change4Life' and 'Smokefree' and integrated advertising for Bluewater.
