Veton Korcari
Veton Korçari (born November 9, 1985 in Melbourne) (also known as Veton Korcarevski) is an Australian football (soccer) forward of Albanian descent. He plays for Dandenong Thunder in the Victorian Premier League and is the captain of the team.
Career
On 10 October 2001, he made his debut in the Victorian Premier League at the age of 15. He came as a substitute for the Dandenong Thunder in the match against Whittlesea Zebras (in that time Bulleen Zebras).
At the end of 2001 season Dandenong Thunder were relegated from Victorian Premier League and Korçari spent another three seasons with the team in the Victorian State League Division 1 before joining the Victorian Premier League club Heidelberg United in 2005 and Richmond SC in 2006. From the 2007 season he came back to his old club and led the Thunders to come back in Victorian Premier League in the 2009 season.
