Unisun

Unisun Publications is a [[Bangalore]] based publication house. It is a division of Unisun Technologies [P] Ltd. It came into being in June 2004. It was founded by [[Annie Chandy Mathew]], who taught English Literature at [[Mount Carmel College (Bangalore)]] for 22 years, and her husband [[P. Chandy Mathew]], an IIT Madras and IIM-A alumnus.

The editorial panel currently includes [[Mary Mathew]], former Head of Department, English, [[Mount Carmel College(Bangalore)]], [[Suryakumari Dennison]], freelance writer, Department Of English, [[Bishop Cottons(Bangalore)]], and [[Gayatri Rao]] of Lumbini. The publishing house also has a panel of patrons that include former chief secretary [[Teresa Bhattacharya]], theatre personalities [[Arundhati Raja]] and [[Mahesh Dattani]].

It has published books of various genres such as [[short story]], [[travelogue]], [[poetry]], [[drama]], [[fiction]], [[non-fiction]], stories for children and educational books. It also organizes the Unisun Creative Writing Competition (in association with the [[British Council]]) every year since 2004.
