UK-Russia Business Council is a London-based trade association that represents the interests of member companies operating in the Russian market.The UK-Russia Business Council aims to play an influential role in promoting and extending economic and trade relations between the UK and Russia.

The UK-Russia Business Council provides significant business development, dispute resolution, government relations, and market intelligence services to its British and Russian member companies.

Sergey Budnikov was appointed Chairman and CEO of the UK-Russia Business Council in July 2014. Has energy sector background. Since 2000 was steering and driving forward businesses involved in oil and gas industry supplies, oil products distribution, crude oil refining, Sergey Budnikov was involved in a number of additional business such as hydro power plant projects development.
