Two Days of Hope
Two Days of Hope is a conference held to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Rhema Bible Church on the 23 and 24 October 2009. The church was founded by Ray McCauley beginning with only 13 people attending the service and growing to a 45000 strong congregation.
The Purpose
The purpose of the Two Days of Hope conference is to proclaim hope over the nation of South Africa as well as its people. Fundamentally it stretches further than that to also accommodate all those attending regardless of race, nation or denomination. The conference will honour what God has established and done in the life and ministry of Pastor Ray McCauley and the Rhema Bible Church. A clear message of hope and a spirit of revival will be taught and shared.
The Event
The Two Days of Hope conference has a host of prominent international and local Christian leaders as well as musicians. The international speakers it boasts are Joel Osteen accompanied by his wife Victoria Osteen from Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, as well as Joseph Prince from New Creation Church in Singapore. This will be a historical event as the two pastors have never preached on the same stage at the same event. Apart from them Grammy award winning musician [Israel Houghton] will perform with the New Breed band. There to perform as well will be the Lakewood band that will conduct a live album recording and worship session during the performance. To add to this alread0y awesome line up will be a live panel discussion on stage featuring the guest speakers as well as Pastor Ray McCauley, Pastor Mosa Sono, Pastor Don Phillips and Pastor At Boshoff.
