Turkic European

The Turkic Europeans are several peoples and ethnic groups of Turkic origin, which are entirely or partially residing in Europe. Main groups of Turkic Europeans include:

• Tatars (Russia, Tatarstan)
• Bashkirs (Russia, Bashkortostan)
• Chuvash (Russia, Chuvashia)
• Crimean Tatars (Ukraine, Crimea)
• Gagauz (Moldova, Gagauzia)
• Kumyks (Russia, Dagestan)
• Nogais (Russia, Dagestan)
• Balkars (Russia, Kabardino-Balkaria)
• Karachays (Russia, Karachay-Cherkessia)
• Kazakhs (Kazakhstan)
• Trukhmens (Russia, Stavropol Krai)

In the past, Turkic Europeans also included other peoples, such as Huns, Avars, and Khazars.
