The Rosen Law Firm, P.A. (RLF) is an American plaintiffs’ law firm specializing in securities litigation.

Rosen Law is consistently ranked among the top U.S. firms for the number of securities class action settlements and has been listed in the top five nationwide for more than a decade by ISS Securities Class Action Services (ISS SCAS). The firm has secured nearly US$2 billion in settlements for investors.

History

The Rosen Law Firm was founded in 2001 by Laurence M. Rosen, who remains the managing partner and sole owner. The firm is headquartered in New York City and maintains additional offices in Los Angeles, Philadelphia Metro, and New Jersey. Initially focused on smaller securities class actions that larger firms declined, RLF developed a cost-efficient litigation model that enabled it to expand into larger and more complex matters.

The firm has grown to 27 attorneys, including 11 litigation partners and 16 counsel and associates, collectively holding more than 100 years of securities litigation experience.

Alibaba Group

Rosen Law is recognized as a leading firm in actions involving Chinese issuers. It obtained:

  • A US$250 million settlement in the securities class action against Alibaba related to its US$25 billion IPO — one of the largest securities settlements involving a Chinese company.
