The Gateway Tower

The Hotel Limketkai and the Gateway Tower is a hotel and office building in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. They are two high-rise structures that are to be built next to each other with the hotel having 20 floors and the latter to be 36 storeys high. Hotel Limketkai is currently under construction and is to top out soon as it is now on its 18th floor while the Gateway Tower is expected to be built next. Once completed, the Gateway Tower will be one of the tallest buildings if not the tallest building in Mindanao. Both buildings are part of Limketkai Center which is a 25-hectare mall complex and one of Mindanao's biggest. This project's commercial operation is scheduled to begin on July 2013.

Site

The hotel will be located along C.M. Recto Avenue near the bottling plant of Coca-Cola in Cagayan de Oro and across Mindanao University of Science and Technology. To its north-east is Market City where SM's SaveMore and the East Bound Bus Terminal are located. West to it is the Gaisano City Mall and a business complex by Ayala Corporation which is also under construction.

Features

The hotel connects to Limketkai Mall and to other developments in the area via existing elevated walkways at the 2nd level. It will feature state-of-the-art facilities such as a grand lobby, a fine-dining restaurant, a modern lounge, a swimming pool, a gym and a CoFFEE bar.
