Limketkai Hotel

The Hotel Limketkai and the Gateway Tower is a hotel and office complex in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. The height of the Gateway Tower is 124 m (407 ft) above the ground. This make it the Mindanao’s tallest building as well as 88th- tallest building in the Philippines upon completion. The hotel was owned and developed by the Limketkai Sons Inc.

Hotel Limketkai soars above the hearth of Cagayan de Oro City and contains the Mindanao’s second largest mall, the Limketkai Center. These giant buildings will be completed in 2012 at the cost of P1.068 billion.

Site

The bustling business street of C.M. Recto is where the hotel located. The hotel is basically planned sited at the south concourse but the Limketkai Center expansion was to be prospecting construction.

Features

The hotel connected to the Limketkai Mall and Atrium and other developments via existing elevated walkways at the 2nd level of the hotel. The hotel will feature state-of-the-art facilities such as a grand lobby, a fine-dining restaurant, a modern lounge, a swimming pool, a gym and a coffee bar.
