The curse of the inventors

I have spent most of my adult life inventing things,Or trying to invent something.The list goes past one hundred. Everytime I do  just about anything I think of inventing something.  I buy a lot of legal pads and use them most every day and night.I have studied a lot of books to learn  things I need to know.Not much collage because English is not my favorite language.Besides.How many English teachers invent things? Nikoli Tesla and Thomas Edison got kicked out of schools.William Lear went to the eith grade.But he made the Learjet fly.It is made in Canada today under another name. But in the field of inventions you need a good education.Formal education  that is. Because anything you invent you may have a desire to make some money from it.That is where the education comes in.In my life I have had dealings with the educated to get some inventions  of mine to make money.You can figure each invention  to run about two thousand bucks to apply for a US patent.Two thousand bucks is a lot of money to me.  So I have had the habit of trusting those educated people. That has proven  to be not a very good idea.  I would see  some of my inventions later in magazines.If you are an inventor you need to know this.For example.Pick a large corporation in the field you would submit an invention.  They have forms for submissions.Read any you like.If you submit one that you have not appled nor rcived patent protection you will sign away your rights.Then there are patent mills.Don't waste your time on those.But you may meet very interesting people over the years.Big important CEOs.Engineers.Owners of factories. Most of those guys got up there because they like money.  They know the law.Without a patent you are relying on trust. TRUST is the biggest word in the dictionary  you will eventually learn. So an education  is very important unless you just like to see your inventions in magazines. Your name will not be attached to them. Then if you have friends that you showed your inventions to before you sent them off.Yoou often  find that have friends with bad memories. You learn about the USA society too. You loose faith in your fellow man. The USA  became a wealthy nation by the efforts of inventors. That was in the past,Today the USA owes an eighteen trillion dollar debt. I think the honest of the nation was in the past.The creativity of the USA was in the past.Maybe excepting the clerks tools,(Computers for example.) Now one would think there would be wealthy people in the USA who would invest or help the inventors. Those who ,Just donate to a big university. The universities already have millions to play with. But if you pump enough dollars into something ,Eventually some results become known.  I am not going to quit inventing. It is my drug. I will continue. But I see China coming up behind us and we will learn a well deserved less.Too late.  We have a lot of educated managers. Soon, They will have nothing to manage.I hope I am still around.I think I will be. It will be happy day in my life.  This is my story.It is not intended to entertain. The TV is there for that reason.Facts are not very entertaing anyway.
