The conversation heart
The Conversation Heart is a Seattle-based powerpop band, formed in 2004. The band was named after the popular Valentine's Day candy. Comprising Ian Corbin, Irene Barber, Chrysti Harrison, and Brandon Thomas, The Conversation Heart began with Corbin writing songs as a solo musician in Seattle, eventually meeting up with Barber and Harrison. Shortly after meeting, The Conversation Heart released a successful independent music video for their song, Perfect Cheekbones. They released their first album, Grenadine, in Spring 2005.
