Telesens LLC — Telesens International ltd. (London, UK) develops, distributes and supports billing systems for the telecommunications market.
History
The company was founded in 1998. Telesens became a software development center for telecommunication businesses in Europe and Asia.
Activities
Telesens International ltd. offers products for telecoms providers, such as Deutsch Telekom AG (Germany), Kyivstar GSM (Ukraine), KazakhTelecom (Kazakhstan), as well as for small and medium sized telecommunication companies. Software can be supplied as a single integrated solution, as well as in separate units embedded into the customer’s existing information systems.
Management
Rubin, Eduard Efimovich — CEO
Eduard Rubin has headed Telesens since its foundation in 1998. In 2005 Mr. Rubin became a PhD automated management systems and advanced information technologies; in 2006 was voted the best Ukrainian IT manager by Ernst & Young and in 2007 one of the top candidates for Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in two different nominations. In 2005 he was elected a vice-president of the "IT Ukraine" Association and since 2009 has been a vice-chairman of the Kharkov branch of the European Business Association (EBA).
Martin Browne — President
Martin Browne is a European billing expert. Mr. Brown developed INCA (Integrated component architecture) system in the British Telecom when INCA was the first interactive computational system in the world; and headed the telecom business unit at Texas Instruments Software; he was a co-founder and executive director of Intec Telecom Systems, vice president of business-development department in Azure Solutions and the CEO of I-conX solutions; and advised many users in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa with respect to interconnect systems, their deployment and maintenance.
Fedorenko, Vladimir Vasilyevich — Director
Vladimir Fedorenko is an IT-manager, working for the Telesens Company since its foundation and holding the office of the company technical director from 2004 to 2009.
Development Center
Telesens International Development Center is based in Ukraine. Its quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2008. It is a certified partner of Oracle, Microsoft and Intel.
