Strateq

Project Strateq was a project of German high-school pupils from 2004-2005.

This system is to serve a larger security in the traffic and general control of the speed of motor vehicles as example of the guarantee. Important is here the attention of possible moral objections like the data security. A goal of the technical conversion is first a modelful realization. On the basis of a computer program all procedures which are essential for the collection are regulated. The speed is determined thereby on basis by light barriers. The respectively calculated velocity values are adjusted directly with a data base. In this are defined all registered vehicles and roads with their permissible maximum speeds. During an excess of the permissible maximum value this occurrence in a program-immanent data base is stored. The information of the offence can be picked out at any time in the connection. Thus are given a safe, permanent and the data security not hurting examination possibility.
