Spotware Systems (previously known as cTrader) is a financial technology company that develops trading platforms for online Foreign exchange market and CFD brokers, banks, and traders. Spotware is known for its trading platforms cTrader and cAlgo. The financial technology Spotware develops is focused on electronic-forex ECNs and offers integrated Platform as a service (PaaS) solutions. Spotware supports the FIX Protocol to allow its products to communicate with other financial systems. It has over 60 employees.

History

The company was founded in 2010 by entrepreneurs Andrey Pavlov and Ilya Holeu in Cyprus. In February 2014 company has gone through a restructuring process, firing dozens of employees.

Products

cTrader is an FX trading platform that uses cloud technology that offers direct market access (DMA) brokerage capabilities to new, experienced and institutional traders in the FX market. cTrader was awarded "Best Retail Platform of 2013" by FX Week. In 2012, Spotware partnered with International Capital Markets Pty Ltd to launch the cTrader platform in the Asia Pacific region.

cAlgo is an Algorithmic trading platform that allows traders to develop their own robots (Algorithmic trading) and indicators using C# and the .NET framework. Spotware created a dedicated community for users to share, download and consult each other on robot and indicator development.
