Shaheer Ahmed Niazi
Muhammad Shaheer Niazi is a Pakistani researcher and scientist, known for his work on the electrohydrodynamic phenomenon, the Electric Honeycomb. He was featured on the 2018 Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in Healthcare and Science.
Education
Niazi completed his A Levels from the Lahore College of Arts and Sciences in 2019.
In 2016, he took part in the International Young Physicists' Tournament in Russia, as one of the first teams from Pakistan at the competition. His research was inspired by his participation at the tournament, wherein his team was presented with the electric honeycomb phenomenon as a challenge.
In 2024, he completed his Bachelor's at the Institute of Space and Technology, Islamabad.
Currently, he is pursuing his Master's at the Paris Observatory.
Notable work
His research, titled "The Electric Honeycomb; an investigation of the Rose window instability" was published in the Royal Society Open Science Journal in 2017, which includes publications by renowned figures in science such as Sir Isaac Newton.
