Seraph Public Relations and Media was established in Lagos, Nigeria, in 2023. Since its founding, the company has been recognized for its work in advancing digital literacy and communications across Africa.

Between 2024 and 2025, the company organized several digital literacy initiatives such as the TechUpNaija program, which trained over 150 Nigerian youths and community members on media and technology skills.

Seraph Public Relations and Media received several awards for excellence in communications and digital empowerment. In 2025, the company won two MEA Markets African Excellence Awards — Best Media Monitoring and Management Company (Nigeria) and African Digital Literacy Champion.
