History

SBS World Service was incorporated in 1996. At present they have a developing infrastructure within 4 continents, namely Europe, America, Asia and Australia.

Membership

SBS World Service membership is strictly by invitation only and prospective customers must satisfy rigorous criteria of wealth and social status to be considered eligible. Lifestyle management

Lifestyle Management Services is a subsidiary of SBS World Service. SBS Lifestyle Management Services has focused its services on attracting a very high-end clientele, with a range of ultra high net worth families being represented. SBS Lifestyle Management Services has developed a range of services that are centered on providing individual support for members through the Company’s Personal Assistant Service. Each member’s dedicated Personal Assistant is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is allocated to find solutions to the member’s every need.

These services cover a wide array of skills from providing GSM SIM cards through the partnership with Vodafone, sourcing exclusive tickets for entertainments, entrance to exclusive venues and restaurants, assistance with travel needs, whether commercial or private and advising on luxury purchases throughout the world.

Lifestyle Boutique

Lifestyle Boutique acts as an arm of Lifestyle Management and is mainly focused on the Concierge and Travel related services being provided. With the unique one to one ratio between luxury personal assistant and client, it is a truly exclusive service which employs a highly experienced team of professional staff, who work with unrivalled expertise to ensure the customer’s needs are served. LSB services include; travel for business and leisure, tickets, restaurants, events, vehicle hire including private jets and yachts, birthday and Christmas gifts, recruitment, mortgages, home improvements and business solutions.

Lifestyle publishing

Lifestyle Publishing is a universal media platform that supplies its auditorium with the most updated and reliable information on bespoke products and services, including quality assurance guidelines and value for money. Lifestyle Publishing offer luxury goods providers and manufacturers the most effective channel to reach and communicate with their present and prospective clientele. Presented in a large format coffee-table book printed to the highest quality.

Multi family office

The SBS Group Multi Family Office includes all the traditional components of a Multi Family Office service but gives additional weight to lifestyle management support through its sister companies. This complements the SBS World Service programme and goes well beyond the norm through its dimension of customization and scope of services. Examples of the assets that can be managed through the Multi Family Office in addition to the core liquid family balance sheet are:

  • Operating companies – if there is a continuing operating business, some management of this entity can be included in the remit of the family office;
  • Land – the client family may own estates or other land that may need oversight;
  • Property – this could include both personal and investment properties in the country of residence and/or overseas: activemanagement, rental management, repairs and personnel management;
  • Personally held financial investments – individual investment portfolios that the family office needs to oversee and advise on;
  • Private equity, special situations, direct investing;

  • Sporting interests, bloodstock; and
