The huge amount of capital that Private Equity firms have recently amassed for acquisitions in the low to mid markets has completely changed the dynamics of selling a business — and has paved the way for sellers to receive windfall profits for their firms. He enjoys positioning sellers to receive top dollar for their companies in a creative fashion that often goes well beyond the seller’s expectations.
Mr. Robertson brings more than 20 years of transaction experience and entrepreneurial accomplishments to Briggs Capital, including serving as president and CEO for distribution, real estate, consumer products, and software companies.
