Robert van Geijn
Robert van Geijn is a global leading expert in applied science integration and the development of integrated methods & tools, which include People Management, Quality Management, Process Management, Content Management (including Information Technology Management), Change Management and Control Management. The integrated methods & tools, which are a result of over 10 years continuous research and application and are branded as the Van Geijn Taxonomy of Natural Excellence.
A family business environment with education at the core and a range of life changing experiences from a very early age have provided Robert the desire to understand the true essence of People and what they do. Throughout his life Robert has combined life and experiences with education and research in People and Processes. This continuous combining of knowledge, observation, experiences, education and research have allowed Robert to develop the fundamentals of Natural Excellence.
In Robert's view a human being finds balance in his/her life when experiences from the past are coped with by understanding these experiences and by consciously accepting or ignoring them. Understanding and developing relationships and ongoing education are key ways to achieve this and are ultimately the means towards a better future for all mankind.
The Institute of Natural Excellence

Robert van Geijn founded the Institute of Natural Excellence (i~NE) as a not-for-profit organization to promote research into Natural Excellence and to develop training courses to offer these tools and methodology to organizations and individuals around the world.
The Institute of Natural Excellence supports a number of charities linked to the environment and underprivileged children in the countries in which it operates.
Personal
Robert is a Dutch national and was born in Arnhem, Netherlands on 17th September 1964. Robert moved permanently to Asia in June 1996 and now lives in Bangkok, Thailand.
He has worked through Asia-Pacific, including Australia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Robert is the President and founder of The Institute of Natural Excellence and founding partner of the Align Group.
