Rob O'Byrne
Rob O'Byrne is an Australian business executive, professional speaker and author. He is the founder and CEO of Logistics Bureau Group. O'Byrne is a frequent speaker on the topics of supply chain management and logistics. He is also a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the Logistics Association of Australia.
Logistics Bureau
In 1997, O'Byrne founded a management consulting company, Logistics Bureau, that now serves clients worldwide having offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Singapore, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City. He then launched Logistics Bureau Asia in 1999 and Benchmarking Success in 2004.
The company employs over 35 specialist consultants. Services include strategies, tactics, operations, optimization, execution, market research, and environmental analysis to reduce costs while improving customer service and sales. The group has now expanded to six businesses, primarily focused on supply chain and logistics consulting and education.
Other interests
Through the Logistics Bureau Group, Rob O'Byrne undertakes his philanthropic interests that include being an ACTIVE partner in the B1G1 program along with funding and mentoring a business in the southern Philippines called Virtual Done Well, that provides secure long-term careers in a socio-economically disadvantaged part of the world.
