During an election campaign event in Shkozë, Tirana, parliamentary candidate Rivelino Çuno of the opposition coalition Aleanca Shqipëria Madhështore (“Alliance for a Magnificent Albania”) reported to police that his campaign activity had been disrupted. Authorities later initiated criminal proceedings against a 42-year-old woman, who remained free pending investigation. According to police statements cited by Albanian media outlets, the woman stated that loud noise near her apartment had disturbed her and that she had not realized the gathering was an electoral event. Police stated that the investigation and documentation of the case were ongoing.

The same incident was also reported by other Albanian media outlets, which cited police statements regarding the investigation and the woman's explanation for disrupting the gathering.
