Rick DiMaio
Rick DiMaio Rick Dimaio is the former chief meterologist for fox Chicago WFLD chennel 32. Rick was the morning weathercaster from 1995 to 2001 and then was the weathercaster on the 9:00 news untill 2007 when he was fired.
Early Life
Rick Dimaio started with Fox Chicago as the morning weathercaster in 1995. The morning news was the most watched morning news in Chicago.
Chief Meteorologist
In 2001, Rick DiMaio was promoted to become the chief meteorologist . Rick moved to the 9:00 news where he was the most watched weathercaster . Tom Skilling of channel 9 news and Rick DiMaio of Fox 32 were big competioters .[Image:Untitled 3.jpg]
Fired
Rick DiMaio was fired in March 2007.
After Fox
After Rick left Fox 32, he became a teacher. Rick was picked up by CBS 2 news in Chicago and is now a filler-in for the other weathercasters and Rick has been doing the weekend weathercasts.
