Radek Kobyalko
Radek Kobialko (pol. Radek Kobiałko, born on December 3, 1969 in Opole, Poland) –is a Polish producer, director and script-writer of television programs, music producer of Polish and foreign stars. Also known as the founder and president of media company “Fabryka nr 1”
Biography
In 1989 Radek Kobialko co-founded one of the first independent weeklies, and in 1992 with his colleagues created one of the first private radio station - “O'le”. He became a director of the radio, presented and defended the essential network of radio in front of the State Council of Television and Radio. When the commercial channels established in Poland, he cooperated with them, first as an independent journalist, and eventually became a releasing producer (“Polsat”, “TVN” and “RTL7”). On demand of the Director of the “Polsat” channel, Boguslav Khrabota, in 2001 Radek Kobialko presented the analysis of programs with the offer to create new brand programs for television - musical program “Idol” and reality show "Bar". He is known as the ideologist and a co-author of this program success. In five editions of the program Kobyalko produced about a hundred performances of different groups, most of which were "live." He was the first to introduce new technology on television: ringtones, wallpapers, java games and interactive commentary on mobile phones. Together with Machey Pavlitsky he became a producer of the prestigious New Year's show, which gave rise to regular and the largest musical project on the Polish television – “Stratosfera” and talk-show program “Polacy”. In “Stratosfera” Kobyalko was the first who suggested and put into practice selling ringtones for mobile phones through SMS messages. Radek Kobialko is the first Pole in the jury in the history of “Miss World” contest and creative producer of “Miss World 2007”.
Music producer
In 2005 Radek Kobialko produced the first in Poland and second in Europe mobile song (ringtone). Song “Da Luxe & Warren G. - Hypnotizing me” become a leader in the number of downloads in Poland and the second in the world after “Hung up” of Madonna. Radek became a producer of the CD “Groove me” by Da Luxe, who appeared in the TOP 10 on MTV channel in 20 countries. The most popular programs on television are the projects produced by Radek Kobialko: from the first in the world marriage in the reality shows to the concerts of Zucchero, Paul Young, Chris de Burgh, Matt Bianco and Basia Trzetrzelewska, The Rasmus, Garou. Also his achievements were: the only one scandalous performance in Poland of the Russian group “t.A.T.u.” and the only performance of the legendary “Modern Talking” after their break-up.
Fabryka nr 1
Established by Radek Kobialko Media Company Fabryka nr 1 is the first official YouTube partner in Poland. The company operates in the field of Internet communications, advertising, events and mobile technologies. Two own Internet channels "freetvpl" and "kartony4FunTV" became the pioneer project in the company, whose success as a multi-million viewers’ audience led to the signing the conditions of cooperation with the YouTube service.
With developments in the mobile technology company started working in 2009, and received a grant from the EU as the winner of the program 8.1 Innovative Economy (8.1 Innowacyjna Gospodarka). At the present stage of development the company Fabryka nr1 implements the multi-media guides “Crazy Dwarf” in 5 languages designed for mobile phones, iPads and other gadgets based on the Android and IOS systems
The company, founded by Kobialko, also works in advertising and events. Among the clients there are such brands as: Dolce & Gabbana, Police and Pilot. For the last one, Fabryka nr 1 implemented a marketing internet - company. In 2010, Fabryka nr 1 released a film dedicated to the10th anniversary of PARP (Polish Agency for Development industry).
The company is directly related to the Expo 2008 in Zaragoza (Spain). The company president, Radek Kobialko was the director, the script-writer and the producer of “The Day of Poland” at the World Exhibition. By voting, the Polish presentation was marked by high third place among 100 countries.
