Qbic London City

Qbic Hotels is a design hotel branch by the La Bergère Group. The first hotel opened in the WTC in Amsterdam's Zuidas district, the financial business centre of Amsterdam. In October 2013 Qbic opened a second hotel,Qbic London City in Whitechapel, London.

Concept

Qbic Hotels is a POD Hotel. The rooms resemble rooms from capsule hotels but have the same size as regular hotel rooms.

Qbic Hotels use hotel rooms with a modular concept. Instead of a standard room, each room contains a Cubi. This is a cube-shaped furniture in which all elements of a hotel room are included. This makes it possible to put a bed, bathroom, dish, table and kitchen in a few square metres. There are different versions of the Cubi, each with a different composition.

Qbic Hotels operate a full self-service model. It is possible for the guest to check themselves in via a check-in terminal. The hotel offers guests free internet.

Location

The hotel is located on Adler Street, White Chapel, London. One side faces Alitab Ali Park
