History
Praxedo was founded in 2005 by Jean de Broissia and Pierre Lavigne. From 2005 to 2022, the company operated as a self-funded entity.
In March 2022, the private equity firm MBO+, alongside Bpifrance and Eurazeo, acquired a minority stake in the company to support expansion in the United States and Canada.
In April 2023, Praxedo acquired ViiBE, a French startup specialising in video assistance and remote ticketing. The acquisition integrated remote video diagnostic capabilities into Praxedo's core FSM platform.
