Porträtt av Döda Barn

Porträtt av Döda Barn ("Portraits of Dead Children") is a currently unreleased EP by Swedish black metal band Marduk. It was recorded in March 2003 at The Abyss and was meant to be their fourth EP, but it was not released at the time and the band's fourth EP ultimately became Deathmarch. The recording's existence was revealed through Marduk's official website. It will include four songs that were not meant to be featured on the band's then upcoming album, Plague Angel, and have been described as "probably the most weird and bizarre [Marduk] have done up until now." Porträtt av Döda Barn will feature a drastically different line-up than Marduk will actually be by the time of its release, with differences including Legion on vocals, B. War on bass, and Emil Dragutinovic on drums; Peter Tägtgren was also the mixer of the recording. The only member of the personnel to have remained with Marduk by the release of Porträtt av Döda Barn will be guitarist Morgan Steinmeyer Håkansson who remains part of the band to this day.
