A newly discovered (early 2014) street [...] originating from and circulating around the west of Scotland. Phantom is recreationally used at parties, social events or gigs. This substance is available in powder, crystal and pill form. The [...] is usually digested orally (bombing) or insufflated (snorting). Phantom in it's purest form (Crystallised) is pure white in appearance, resembling other recreational drugs such as MDMA and Ketamine but can come in fine powder or pill/pellet form. This [...] is an "Upper". The effect's of Phantom have been described as resembling that of MDMA and [...], leaving users feeling "up beat", "high" , "buzzing" , "euphoric" , "Focused" , "chatty" and "ecstatic". As this new substance is virtually brand new on the streets, prices are not yet fixed but ""users"" have reported paying upwards of £60/gram. Little is known about this substance or it's potential side effects but the minute amount of recreational users that have encountered "Phantom" have reported experiencing little-to-no "discomfort" (side effects) after consumption.
