The Persu Hybrid (formerly the VentureOne) is a two-passenger three wheeled vehicle being developed by Persu Mobility for sale in 2010. It will be a plug-in hybrid vehicle. It is classified legally as a 3 wheel motorcycle. The design is scheduled to be finalized in late 2008 with a California rollout starting in early 2010. The Persu Hybrid is projected to have a fuel economy of 75 mpg and a top speed of over .

The Persu Hybrid will feature an automatic balancing "Dynamic Vehicle Control" system, which is said to allow full stability under almost all circumstances. The DVC technology has been developed by Carver Europe (formally Vandenbrink) and is currently also offered to third parties. The DVC will allow the vehicle to tilt into a turn, up to forty-five degrees, leading fans of the vehicle to compare it to an aircraft banking into a turn.

Other companies involved in the project include Swift Engineering, Roush Engineering, AMCI, AutoPacific, Wanxiang America Corporation, and Boshart Engineering.

A prototype Persu Hybrid is currently being developed. Current estimations are that it will weigh approximately 1,400 pounds (635 kg) in final form, with an overall width of , a length of , and a wheelbase.

Persu Mobility plans to initially offer two propulsion packages for the Persu: the E50 and more powerful Q100. Prices will range from $20,000 to $25,000 depending on the propulsion package and options.
