Penetrative docking

Penetrative docking is a variation of a homosexual practice in which two men masturbate their penises with the foreskin of one penis over the glans of the other. In some cases, instead of simply masturbating using the foreskins; through a long and sometimes painful process one partner, the nominated dock, enlarges his urethra and urethral sphincter to accommodate the penis of the other partner, the docker. The general term "dockers" usually refers to both the dock and docker.

Practicality

Using a variety of instruments the urethra is enlarged. Commonly, inflatable tubes are used which are then enlarged to stretch the inner walls of the urethral sphincter. Sometimes other devices are used such as rubber or metal tubes which are slowly inserted down the length of the penis. The necessary devices can be bought in [...] shops though as this is a very uncommon practice it is likely that they are hard to find. The manner in which the urethra is enlarged is somewhat similar to the type of earring known as a Flesh tunnel and is known as gauging. The process can take months to complete but once done it last for an extremely long time, one of the reasons many men aren't prepared to make the commitment.

The actual act of docking itself is highly stimulatory for both partners and many dockers choose only to practice docking [...]. To be able to accommodate a human penis the urethral sphincter is stretched to the point where it loses enough sensitivity that the [...] act is not painful and instead highly pleasurable.

Positions

The main problem with docking is that the [...] act is extremely hard to manoeuvre and often it is difficult to maintain comfort. It is for this reason that there are relatively few established positions for docking.

• The most common position is missionary docking in which the two partners stand and face each other, bending their knees to accommodate the others height, and the docker inserts his penis into the penis of the dock. Many couples each use a hand on their penis to keep it stable and it is not unknown for the dock to masturbate while being penetrated.
• Grating is a position whereby the dock sits and the docker straddles him and then inserts his penis, this position can be very hard to do.
• There are various positions which involve the docker lying on his back and the dock squatting over him and pressing down on his penis to move it into an angle in which he can encompass his partners penis. Once in this position either partner can move to begin the penetration.

Origins

Whilst this is considered by most to be a modern [...] practice and it has certainly caught on in the last 20 years, particularly in San Francisco, New Orleans, Hobart and Glasgow, it actually has origins in a variety of ancient cultures.

Penetrative docking is also sometimes known as jibbing, cave bending and sleaving.
