Seminary Headquarters
Built 1911 through 1913, the Guasti Villa is the current home for Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy. Named after the builders and first inhabitants the Guasti family, the building is a Beaux Arts/Italian Renaissance villa.
In 1974 the Guasti Villa, at 3500 West Adams Blvd in Los Angeles, California was purchased by the Church of the Movement of Spiritual Inner Awareness (MSIA) for use by both MSIA and PTS. Since 1974 until current day, students of MSIA have lived at ‘Prana’ as part of the Seminary program offered by Peace Theological Seminary and College of Philosophy with the prime purpose of the seminary to study MSIA’s teachings, and “to serve more than at other places” .
Today the building is known as ‘Prana’ or ‘Peace Awareness Labyrinth & Gardens’.
