The Patras FCA 1946-47 had encountered great difficulties that drove them into cancellation many times dug to the lack of councilling due to the civil war. The season began on July 1946 for one time and ready for regional teams with the running into the national championships. It happede even to the second and third level teams. First, Second and Thirde place teams for every category at the Mayor of Patras Cup. All the games played at the Prosfygiko and Panachaiki stadiums in which they were entirely during that time.
Standings
Many of the teams had the same points as last season except for Panegialios, not included in the list are two other teams listed last before Panegialios.
