The Achaia FCA 2002-03 occurred as a regional championship in 2003 and 2003 seasons. According to the start of the championships, it consisted of two groups with 14 teams each. Those two first timers played in double games, one per area for The Title of the championship and the entry into the national Fourth Division. The five (6) remaining from every team were ranked into the second category in which every year the championship that happened in one club. The champions for the first time was Fostiras in which they entered after seven decated which picked up.
