Pariah the Doll
Miles Yardley (born 1997), known professionally as Pariah the Doll, is an American model, musician and actor from Pennsylvania. Formerly a trans woman, Yardley later detransitioned and became associated with Downtown New York's Dimes Square scene. In 2026, he released the album Castrato and appeared on a runway at New York Fashion Week organized by fashion designer Elena Velez.
Early life
Miles Yardley was born in 1997 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. At 15 years old, Yardley was late to puberty and became a patient at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's gender clinic where he was put on androgen blockers and estrogen therapy.
Career
In 2022, Yardley moved from Pennsylvania to New York and joined The Downtown fashion scene under the female alias Salomé. He became a model and signed a modelling contract. He later appeared in a Marc Jacobs advertisement filmed by German photographer Juergen Teller and was also featured at New York Fashion Week shows organized by Batsheva Hay.
Yardley had initially been associated with Downtown New York's Dimes Square scene. According to Wired magazine's Leah Filger, Yardley attended a party organized by Evie Magazine, "a longtime favorite of the far-right". Yardley stated that "The party was apolitical, that's how I felt". In 2025, Yardley detransitioned, which according to UnHerd magazine was inspired by alt-right figure Milo Yiannopoulos, whom Yardley was living with in Los Angeles. He also formed the clothing line Eunuch for the Kingdom.
In April 2026, Yardley formed the band "Pariah the Doll", releasing the album Castrato. Journalist Savannah Sobrevilla, writing for GQ, described him as a "musician-model". That same month, he met with influencer Clavicular at New York Fashion Week. The show was organized by fashion designer Elena Velez. Sobrevilla stated that Yardley "wore a chin prosthetic that seemingly poked fun at the hefty mandibles coveted by the looksmaxxing community". According to journalist Grace Byron, writing for GQ, Yardley detransitioned from being a trans woman and had previously discussed it online. Byron stated that "transness and looksmaxxing may have some salient overlap", and added that Yardley had claimed to have "mogged" Clavicular.
