Nathaniel Thomas Bradley

Nathaniel Thomas Bradley is an American inventor, entrepreneur, and technology executive. He is also the founder and former CEO of AudioEye, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEYE). While at AudioEye, Bradley initiated cloud-based phonetic and navigational assistive technologies for people with disabilities. Fellow board members included Matthew Mellon and Congressman Tony Coelho. Bradley has also founded and headed companies in the fields of internet radio, mobile marketing, and blockchain-based data monetization such as Augme (AUGT), Marathon Patent Group (Nasdaq: MARA) and his current company, Datavault AI (Nasdaq: DTVL).

Early life and education

Bradley was born and raised in Arizona. He is the son of the late David Bradley, a former Democratic member of the Arizona State Senate and House of Representatives.

In 1996, Bradley graduated from Northern Arizona University where he studied Marketing and Information Technology. He also attended Pima Community College. Two years later in 1998, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Early in his career, Bradley worked at Westin La Paloma Corporation in Tucson, Arizona. He served in a technical and marketing capacity.

Avnet Corporate Broadcast Center

Bradley was involved with developing video streaming and digital broadcasting services for Avnet, Inc.. He focused on creating enterprise-level communication tools, including the promotion of major venues such as the House of Blues in Chicago and the Apollo Theater in New York through early digital media streaming platforms..

Modavox (MDVX) / VoiceAmerica Inc.

Bradley was also a founder of Modavox which served as the parent company for VoiceAmerica, Inc. He developed the foundational technology for VoiceAmerica, Inc., a player in the internet radio space.

Pat Summerall Productions

Bradley collaborated with Pat Summerall Productions founded by the NFL broadcaster Pat Summerall. This collaboration helped bring mainstream visibility to his early work in internet accessibility and digital broadcasting.

AudioEye and other ventures

In 2005, Bradley co-founded AudioEye. Here he developed a suite of patents focused on web accessibility, specifically creating "audible websites" that allowed the visually impaired to navigate the internet via voice infrastructure. This earned him the Edison Gold Award in 2013.

In 2013, Bradley was appointed Chief Technology Officer and President of IP Services for Marathon Patent Group. He established the company’s Intellectual Property Research and Services Center in Tucson, Arizona, located at the University Science & Technology Park.

His patent portfolio was eventually acquired by Upland Software (NASDAQ: UPLD).

As of 2026, Bradley serves as the CEO and Director of Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT).
