Pennsylvania

The Factory is now located in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Encompassing 4,000 square feet (371 square meters), the Industrial-style factory is located inside a building that once served as a shoe and stocking factory and today houses 3 small companies. Miller relocated the factory to Pennsylvania in late 2013.

Products

The Ghana 70% Dark Chocolate was Miller's first Good Food Award winner in 2015, followed in 2016 by a win with the Gingerbread Buttermilk Chocolate Bar at the Good Food Awards. The Peru 72% Dark chocolate was reviewed as "fruity, unusual, and easy to like" by Pete Wells of the New York Times, ranking highly in a blind tasting. Nathan Miller Chocolate crafts 15 chocolate bars offered in 2 sizes, hot cocoa mix, and couverture for pastry chefs. The bars are wrapped in Lokta paper, a sustainable and responsible material from Nepal.
