There are many steps that lead a moulded piece of wood to become a finished product.

• Sanding

Serves to smoothen edges and BLEND woodgrains.

• Painting

An exterior coat that adds color and effect.

• Patina Process

By definition, to make look old.

• Waxing

Used to give a worn appearance with different colors.

• Gesso Process

Exterior covering that gives the appearance of Plastic.

• UV Process

Curing process that repels water from absorbing.

• Compo Process

Process that adds fine design by the use of a wheel and soft material that hardens to form the profile.

• Foiling

Allows for pin strips and various other finish touches to moulding.

• Wrapping

Paper laminate is applied to give the appearance of wood or any other pattern, as desired.

• Scrapping

Profile is scrapped to give appearance of cuts and scratches.

• Embossing

Pattern is burned on profile in the shape of the special wheel that has a matching pattern.
