Mohammed Masood Mohiuddin
Mohammed Masood Mohiuddin is an Indian academic and entrepreneur who serves as Principal and professor of Shadan PG College in Hyderabad, Telangana. He is also the Founder-Chairman of the AIM Education & Research Society (AIMERS), a non-governmental organization involved in education, training, and community-development initiatives.
Education
Mohiuddin holds a MBA and later earned a Ph.D., from Magadh University. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India).
Academic career
Mohiuddin serves as Principal and Professor at Shadan PG College and the Shadan Institute of Computer Studies in Hyderabad. His roles include teaching and administrative leadership in areas related to information and communication technology (ICT), management, and skill development.
He has authored research papers presented at academic conferences and published in journals addressing technology-enabled learning, education management, and sustainable development.
AIM Education & Research Society
Mohiuddin is the Founder-Chairman of the AIM Education & Research Society (AIMERS), an NGO registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001. The organization undertakes literacy programs, vocational training, youth development initiatives, and community service activities. AIMERS reports affiliations with GuideStar India and participation in initiatives aligned with the United Nations Global Compact.
AIMERS has established an entrepreneurship incubator focused on supporting women-led startups. The initiative aims to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship by providing training, mentoring, and institutional support to participants. The incubator supports early-stage business IDeaS through a structured incubation period intended to assist participants in developing independent livelihood outcomes.
