Moaz Al-Sibaai was born in November 1974 in the United Kingdom, now he lives in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Moaz Al-Sibaai is a founder and chairman of the board of SYAN foundation for development and charity. SYAN aims to support the Syrian civic society through training, development and effective communication

SYAN foundation plays an important role in charity and relief for the Syrian people especially during their current tensions and suffering.

First SYAN forum was held in July 27-30 2011 and was attended by AbOUT 200 Syrian activists from across the world

While in UK, Moaz Al-Sibaai headed number of voluntary organization in Britain and he participated in founding the Syrian Human Rights committee. He was in the Central Working Committee for Muslim Council of Britain(MCB).
