MN Park

MN (Mission Neutral) PARK is a specialized Life Sciences cluster spread across 400 acres in Genome Valley near Hyderabad, Telangana. Genome Valley is India’s first organized cluster for life science research & development activities, with more than 150 companies.

The Park is located within the Genome Valley cluster over a spread of approximately 25 sq. kilometers. It is located about 25 km from the city centre of Hyderabad.

MN PARK offers laboratory and specialized office spaces for R&D and Manufacturing, exclusively to Life-Science companies. It already has leased and operational buildings, housing R&D infrastructure, analytical labs and high-end scientific tools and equipment.

Synergy Square 1

450 | MN Park

Building 450 is a multi-tenanted laboratory space facility designed specially to meet the needs of mid-scale companies with varied R&D needs. It is occupied by multiple CROs and is a hub for life science activities such as pharma, chemistry, bio-pharma, vaccines, agri-research and formulation.

459 | MN Park

Building 459 is a grade-A office space designed for companies to set up corporate offices in Genome Valley. It offers specialized, fully furnished 60-100 seater office space and state-of-the-art conference facilities.

900 | MN Park

Building 900 is an integrated laboratory/ office space in MN Park, with a standalone campus like environment.

Building 900 is fully leased by the R&D division of a major multi-national CRO and life-sciences company.

MN iHub | MN Park

MN iHub is a successful public-private partnership (PPP) model, with the Government of Telangana as state support, the Department of Biotechnology (DBT) as center support, and the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) as an institutional body; being managed by MN as a private player. MN iHub/Biotechnology Incubation Center (BTIC) is designed, constructed and operated to enable emerging and mid scale life sciences driven companies.

Synergy Square 2

It is a 160-acre integrated park that houses companies like Biological E, Sanzyme and Unique Biotech. Companies like Issar Biotech, Issar Biopharma and Arjun Biotech, are planning to set up their facilities in this area. The park is suitable for Indian and Global pharma research majors to carry out R&D and Manufacturing activities.

The park also has the Indian Council of Medical Research’s National Animal Research Facility for Biomedical Research (ICMR-NARFBR) within its premises, which is expected to be functional by 2018-2019.

Synergy Square 3

1800 | MN Park

Building 1800 is a multi-tenanted laboratory block, designed for pharma and life science R&D. It has a fully fitted out modular laboratory, pilot plant and office space and has chemical and solvent storage spaces to support tenant operations.

Building 1800 is occupied by major European and Indian pharmaceutical companies.

2700 | MN Park

Building 2700 is a world-class multi-tenanted research block.

Building 2700 houses companies specializing in chemical solutions and formulations.

Synergy Square 4

It is a 9-acre integrated park which can house companies involved in different fields including pharma research, new age vaccine development, CROs/Vivariums, R&D and Agri-research.

9000 | MN Park

Building 9000 (Synergy Square 5) is a 52-acre life sciences park situated at Pregnapur on Karimnagar highway. This facility is one among India’s largest pre-clinical vivarium facilities and it houses companies that provide [...] development and discovery services.

MN Park has initiated a business networking event called ‘GV CONNECT – Convene • Converse • Collaborate’ to facilitate networking between all the tenant companies for the development of the cluster.

Government Support

IALA

IALA (INDUSTRIAL AREA LOCAL AUTHORITY), a GoT policy soon to be implemented at Genome Valley, empowers the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) to maintain civic amenities at Genome Valley. TSIIC ensures betterment of the cluster by cleaning, maintaining and developing roads, thereby ensuring immaculate roadways and street lighting within the cluster.

Proposed Skyway

Skyway, an upcoming elevated road project undertaking of GoT under the ‘Strategic Road Development Program’ will enable direct connectivity between Genome Valley & Jubilee Bus Stand, which is the nucleus of the city of Hyderabad. This elevated road of nearly 20 km will reduce travel time from JBS to GV to around 25 minutes.

Fire Station

Genome Valley is equipped with a fully functional fire station which has a full sized fire-fighting vehicle and two permanent fire fighters. It is the only pharma cluster in the city to have a dedicated Fire Station. The fire station is located in Kolthur Village on the fringes of Genome Valley main road, opposite the campus of Biological E, Synergy Square 2.
