The 51st EDition of Miss Lebanon Emigrant or Miss Emigrants 2013, was held on August 10, 2013 in Grand Kassouf Hotel, Dhour El Choueir, Lebanon. 16 nations will compete for the title of beauty. Rita Hokayem, of Canada, crowned at the end of the event.
