Miss Resorts World Manila 2013, is the 4th pageant EDition of Resorts World Manila held on Nov. 30, 2013 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Newport City, Metro Manila. Nikita Pia McElroy won the title of Miss Resorts World Manila 2013 at the end of the event and crowned by the outgoing Miss Resorts World Manila 2012, Alexandra Salmeron.
