Mid Atlantic Division (AIHL)

The AIHL's Mid Atlantic Division was formed in 2008 as part of the Eastern Conference in the creation of the league. All six teams are within 110 miles of each other.

Creation

• The Mid Atlantic Division is formed as a result of AIHL creation
• The New Jersey Nightmare (formerly the Philadelphia Revolution), Scottdale Inferno, Southampton Cyclones (formerly the Feasterville Fury), and Steel City Phantoms (formerly the Pittsburgh Bandits) were added as charter members, joining from the PIHA
• The Garden State Savage Wolves and Philadelphia Brawlers were added as expansion teams.
