History

Founded in 1955, Bill Meinhardt started the engineering consultancy in Melbourne. Through a joint venture with Bylander Waddell from the UK, Meinhardt’s first overseas office was established in Singapore in 1973. Meinhardt’s Australian heritage, coupled with its strategic presence in Singapore has helped the firm to gain a competitive foothold in the Asia Pacific.

Meinhardt Group was involved in some of the largest and most complex building and infrastructure projects in the world.

Some of the firm’s key projects include Xintiandi (China); TAMAR Development (Hong Kong); Marina Bay Financial Centre (Singapore); World Trade Centre 2 (Indonesia); The Dubai Mall (Dubai, UAE); Virgin Atlantic Hangar (United Kingdom); Essendon Fields - Northern Access (Australia); KL Sentral Station (Malaysia); Saigon River Water Supply - Stage 1 (Vietnam); and the Greater Bangalore Water Supply Distribution Network (India),Creek Marina (Pakistan).
