This is a list of New Hampshire counties by Human Development Index (HDI) for the year 2024. Rockingham County ranks highest with an HDI of 0.965, followed closely by Grafton (0.964) and Carroll (0.961) counties. At the lower end, Coös (0.909), Belknap (0.936), and Sullivan (0.937) counties record the lowest human development indices, primarily in the state's northern and western rural areas.
