Mecharez

Mecharez is a giant, mechanical lizard based, in appearance, on Rez from Gex: Enter the Gecko. This is strange, as Rez is already mechanical. Mecharez is purple in color and, unlike Rez, has legs. Its fight is based on fights from the Godzilla series of films. The fight takes place in a flat, 2D city with only a few 3D buildings which play a role in the battle. After a few hits on Mecharez, helicopters and tanks appear to fight them off, particularly Gex. The more Mecharez gets hit, the more angry and hostile it gets. It becomes faster, more vicious, and stronger. It's main attack is a current of electrical energy which it fires from its mouth which inflicts 25% damage on Gex. Before using it, the player is forewarned as Mecharez scans the area emitting a sort of oral radar. It's other main ability is its Rocket Slam, where it zooms across the stage towards Gex's current location in an attempt to make contact with him, thereby inflicting damage. After its defeat, Mecharez blows up, with Gex roaring victoriously.

Mooshoo Pork

Mooshoo Pork is a mutant, half pig, half cow featured in Gex: Enter the Gecko. His top half is pig and the bottom is cow. He is the only boss other than Rez in the game who talks. Hitting the green pad in front of his TV makes him speak. He has a French accent. He has a moustache, goatee, and monocle. On his TV, he is also seen holding a knife, but it is not used. He only uses a switch that triggers electric streams on the ground. Gex can use this against him by throwing the switch himself which will send a stream of electricity into Mooshoo's body from the large generator in the center of the room. He is seen driving the train in "In Drag Net", and again in the first secret level of gex 3. A portrait of Mooshoo is also seen in Gex 3 on the Mystery TV level.

Rez

The main villain of the game series. Rez is the arch-nemeses of Gex. His one true ambition is to control the entire Media Dimension under his own rule and ensure the longetivity of bad TV shows and Z-grade movies (this was implemented in 2006 for the game Ape Escape 3). His physical appearance throughout the video game series has him appear as a robotoic raptor. Not much is known about the origins of Rez, only that he thrives and lives within the Media Dimension, and that he is incredibly versatile at constantly popping up every few years after Gex has ridded him from the world of television. In Gex: Enter the Gecko Rez's fight takes place in none other than Rezopolis. In Gex: Enter the Gecko, Rez employs several weapons against Gex which include homing missiles and eye lasers. Rez also reveals to Gex that he is his father. This is debatable, as it could just be a reference to Star Wars, and Gex even makes a snide comeback to this. Rez was not seen again until Gex 3. Here, he is in his enlarged form from Gex 2. The differences are that he looks considerably different, with numbers where his eyes are, and a missile launcher. He also has a target on his chest when it is revealed, which is his weak spot. After he is defeated, he disappears and Gex rescues Agent Xtra. It is possible that Rez may still be alive, but he has not been seen since then.

Rock Hard

Rock Hard is a wrestler in Gex 3's WWGEX Wrestling. He is likely based on The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin. The back of his jacket says "3 + 1 = 6" which is a reference to Stone Cold's trademark "Austin 3:16." Throughout the fight, he will taunt Gex, saying things such as, "You smell what Rock Hard's cookin'?" a reference to The Rock's catchphrase.

Spin N' Puke

Spin N' Puke is the boss of Gex's Cemetery stage. She is a parody of the possessed Regan from the movie The Exorcist

The Tiki Brothers

The Tiki Brothers are three native people of an unknown island that appear in the "GilliGex Isle" stage as a spoof of classic television series, Gilligan's Island. They wear tiki masks and consist of one fat one and two thin ones. The fat one appears to be the leader of the group. In their boss fight, they fight Gex across a pot, likely to cook Gex in. They summon three fireballs. There is one blue fireball Gex must hit back toward the Tiki Bros (The fat leader actually reveals this tactic in the opening cinematic of this boss fight). They can also make small fire walls on Gex's side. They fall in the boiling pot when the blue fireball hits them and then they fart.

Toxic Turtle

Toxic Turtle is the boss of Gex's Kung Fuville stage.
