List of European countries by median wage
This is the map and list of European countries by monthly gross median wage. The chart below reflects the median wage as reported by various data providers. 50% of people earn less and 50% of people earn more than the median gross salary. These figures will be reduced after individual taxes. In less developed markets, actual income may exceed those listed in the table due to the existence of grey economy.

The countries in purple on the map have net median salary in excess of 2000€, in blue – in the range of 1000€–2000€, in green – in the range of 500€–1000€, in yellow – below 500€.
